Together.SummaryDLA Piper’s Investment Funds Group is seeking an attorney with 3 – 6 years’ experience in fund formation, commercial real estate, real estate finance, and/or joint ventures. This is a professional track/non-partnership track position. Relevant experience includes drafting and negotiating fund organizational documents and investor side letters, as well as various commercial real estate transactions documents such as purchase, sale, leasing, financing, and joint venture agreements. Experience with secondaries transactions is a plus.
