Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to gain insight into clients’ mental health needs and to develop individualized treatment plans aimed at achieving therapeutic goals.

• Establish clear therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and continuously monitor progress to make necessary adjustments to the treatment approach.

• Provide teletherapy options that cater to varying client accessibility needs, ensuring services are available to those who may have barriers to in-person visits.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client sessions to uphold ethical standards and comply with organizational policies.

• Engage actively in ongoing professional development activities to remain current with best practices in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position focuses on a diverse population of clients, including individuals grappling with trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges. You will work closely with clients from various backgrounds, fostering an environment of understanding and sensitivity as they navigate their personal healing journeys.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid state license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or PsyD is mandatory.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients effectively.

• Presence of empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude toward clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to efficiently manage a diverse caseload.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, applicants with prior experience in teletherapy, familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, and a background in private practice are highly encouraged to apply. Experience working with specific populations, such as children or individuals facing severe mental health issues, will be considered an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits\n
