Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns, developing clinical diagnoses and individualized treatment plans that are culturally sensitive and applicable to their specific situations.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques, tailored to meet each client's unique needs and aspirations.

• Actively engage in crisis intervention when necessary, supporting clients facing acute mental health crises or emergencies by implementing immediate safety plans and connecting them to appropriate resources.

• Maintain thorough and confidential client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams—including psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals—to ensure a holistic approach to each client's care, contributing insights from therapeutic sessions.

• Educate clients and their families about relevant mental health issues, available treatment options, and community resources, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care.

• Participate in ongoing training sessions, workshops, and professional development activities to stay at the forefront of best practices in mental health therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) in Washington State.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.

• A minimum of two years of related experience in a mental health setting.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
