This position operates mainly in a remote setting, allowing mental health counselors to maintain flexibility while continuing to provide exceptional care. Key Responsibilities\n

• Orient new staff to agency policies and procedures, facilitating smooth onboarding processes.

• Prepare thoroughly for client sessions by reviewing case notes and conducting necessary research on client-specific issues to enhance dialogue and therapeutic effectiveness.

• Engage in small group supervision sessions and prepare for educational seminars, which may include the analysis of recorded sessions and contributing to peer feedback.

• Maintain comprehensive client records through both written documentation and electronic health record systems, ensuring that all data is accurate and up to date.

• Coordinate with partner agencies to facilitate comprehensive care, attend visits, and integrate various service offerings for clients.

• Research and implement best practices relevant to assigned projects to continually enhance service delivery and therapeutic outcomes.

• Consult with clients to develop individualized treatment plans, employing evidence-based strategies to address their mental health needs.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to administer and interpret psychometric assessments, providing support in reporting findings to optimize treatment strategies.

• Provide supervision sessions in coordination with site supervisors, ensuring adequate oversight and support for ongoing professional development.

• Participate actively in staff meetings, clinical discussions, and training workshops to promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

• Identify and utilize agency resources, services, and systems to enhance client care and service application.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work with a diverse client population, primarily focusing on individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
