Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately gauge clients' mental health needs, challenges, and aspirations.

• Facilitate evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing established modes such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques to address various mental health issues.

• Create and implement personalized treatment plans that outline therapeutic goals and strategies tailored to each client’s specific circumstances and preferences.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support for clients experiencing acute mental health crises, ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Educate clients on mental health conditions and coping methods, equipping them with valuable resources and skills to promote self-management.

• Maintain detailed, accurate, and confidential clinical documentation, including client assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcome evaluations in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
