Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients using established psychological theories and treatment modalities tailored to adults, families, and groups.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients, elucidating mental health concepts, emotional disorders, and coping strategies to empower informed decision-making.
\n
• Participate in case conferences and collaborative meetings with colleagues to ensure holistic and coordinated care for clients, engaging in discussions around treatment plans and patient progress.

• Utilize therapeutic techniques to facilitate human development and adjustment, addressing career development, interpersonal relationships, and a spectrum of mental and emotional disorders.

• Offer ongoing outreach and follow-up services to clients to ensure a continuity of care, guiding them through transitions as needed.

• Develop and implement personalized discharge and aftercare plans in preparation for the conclusion of behavioral health services, prioritizing patient well-being.

• Maintain comprehensive clinical records in accordance with legal and organizational standards, documenting all aspects of service delivery, including assessments, provisions of service, and discharge planning.

• Continuously evaluate treatment effectiveness through regular assessments and feedback from clients, adjusting service plans to optimize results effectively and promptly.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with a diverse clientele comprising adults and children facing a broad range of emotional and behavioral challenges. Clients may experience issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, relationship difficulties, ADHD, and trauma, among others. Your skill in approaching these challenges with empathy and evidence-based techniques will significantly enhance their coping mechanisms and overall mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and unrestricted mental health professional license in Washington State.

• A master’s degree or higher from a recognized institution in the behavioral and mental health field.

• A minimum of three years of professional experience in a mental health counseling role, demonstrating competencies relevant to clinical practice.

• Exceptional organizational skills, ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members, and a readiness to accept feedback to enhance professional growth.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive compensation package commensurate with experience, with an annual income potential ranging from USD 80,000 to 101,000.
