Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to understand clients' needs, challenges, and treatment goals.
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, adapting approaches to meet diverse client needs.
• Regularly monitor client progress and therapeutic goals, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Document all client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with ethical standards and confidentiality regulations.
• Engage in continuing professional development to stay current with the latest evidence-based practices and innovations in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Current and valid license as an LICSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD in the state of Washington.
• A master's or doctorate degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to connect empathetically with clients.
• A strong commitment to ethical practice and client confidentiality.
• Effective time management and organizational skills to manage a caseload efficiently.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, experience in teletherapy is advantageous, as it helps facilitate smooth client interactions. Familiarity with a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), can enhance your contributions to our treatment strategies. A demonstrated track record of successful client outcomes will further strengthen your application.
