Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans, including pre-crisis and crisis plans, medication treatment plans, and behavioral guidelines, ensuring that all documentation is completed promptly and adheres to regulatory standards.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as part of the clinical assessment, collaborating with other team members to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
• Actively participate in the continuous licensing and accreditation processes, maintaining compliance with state and national standards.
• Serve as a liaison with relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners to advocate for client needs and support resource sharing.
• Foster effective communication channels with stakeholders to maintain alignment with our mission, ensuring that contract standards are met.
• Engage in ongoing personal and professional development activities, including attending conferences and representing the agency in external forums to stay current with industry trends and practices.
• Promote the integration of the agency’s mission, values, and customer-first philosophy in all interactions and interventions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support team objectives and improve service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LMHC at Enlightened Life, you will work with a diverse client population facing various challenges, including mental health disorders, substance use issues, and developmental disabilities. You will be instrumental in helping clients achieve their goals through personalized care strategies that encourage empowerment and self-efficacy. Your interactions will influence not only their mental health but also their overall quality of life, enhancing their ability to engage with their community and loved ones.

Qualifications

• A Master's Degree in the mental health field is required.
• Must hold an independent LMHC license to practice in Washington State or be willing to obtain licensure with our support covering any related fees.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, prior experience working in an outpatient mental health setting, familiarity with evidence-based practices, and knowledge of local community resources will be advantageous. Experience in crisis intervention and developing individualized treatment protocols will also be beneficial.
