Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth, culturally sensitive assessments for new patients and their families to identify strengths and needs.
• Provide tailored individual and family therapy sessions that align with each patient's unique therapeutic goals.
• Utilize specified formats to complete billing, documentation, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms promptly.
• Work collaboratively with patients to develop comprehensive crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention strategies, and wellness plans to foster long-term stability.
• Formulate well-structured discharge plans to ensure a smooth transition for patients upon completion of their therapy.
• Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations, as well as internal policies and procedures, to uphold the highest standards of practice.
• Continuously enhance your professional skills through ongoing training and continuing education opportunities.
• Participate actively in case consultations and agency meetings to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Complete all necessary licensure renewals and mandatory training sessions as required.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will touch the lives of diverse individuals and families within the Spokane community, addressing a wide range of mental health challenges. Our patient population includes children, adolescents, and adults, many of whom are navigating stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, or other mental health concerns. Qualifications

• A master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field that leads to licensure.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMHC, LMFT, LCSW) in the state of Washington.

Preferred Experience

Experience in a community health setting and knowledge of evidence-based therapy techniques will be highly regarded. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and insurance processes will be advantageous in managing patient information effectively.

Compensation and Benefits
