Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients' psychological and emotional needs, developing personalized treatment plans based on these assessments.

• Provide individual therapy using a range of evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ensuring interventions are tailored to fit each client’s unique circumstances.

• Collaborate with clients in establishing clear therapeutic goals and maintain an ongoing evaluation of their progress throughout the duration of treatment.

• Ensure timely and accurate documentation in accordance with ethical guidelines and regulatory standards, maintaining client confidentiality at all times.

Your work will involve a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
