Sales & Business Development Representative
Supreme Staffing Services Inc
We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Business Development Representative to support growth initiatives through lead generation, client relationship management, and sales development efforts. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and collaborating with leadership to achieve sales goals. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, goal-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with strong communication and customer service skills. Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, outreach, and market research Build and maintain strong client relationships while providing excellent customer service Collaborate with leadership to support sales goals and business development strategies Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales materials to prospective clients Track sales activity, performance metrics, and progress toward goals Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions Maintain accurate records within CRM and Microsoft Office systems Support ongoing business growth initiatives and client retention efforts Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred Previous sales or business development experience preferred but not required Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team environment Goal-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software #J-18808-Ljbffr
