Qualifications:

• Must hold a current California moderate/severe credential (ESN/SPED)
• Previous experience with high school students or ESN caseloads preferred
• Strong knowledge of IEP processes, documentation, and strategies for differentiated instruction
• Adaptability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and support staff
• Excellent communication, organization, and classroom management skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group instruction to meet diverse student needs in a high school ESN setting
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Foster academic, behavioral, and social growth through evidence-based practices
• Effectively collaborate with general education staff, support providers, and parents/guardians
• Maintain thorough records, provide data-driven reports, and assist with student transitions as needed
