Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental and emotional health, utilizing appropriate tools and techniques to gather insightful data.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that cater specifically to the needs and goals identified during evaluations.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions to a broad range of clients, ensuring interventions are suited to age and unique challenges.

• Lead couples therapy sessions focused on enhancing communication, resolving conflicts, and strengthening relational bonds.

• Regularly review and modify treatment plans to reflect client progress and adapt to their evolving needs.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of client records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and case histories, in compliance with organizational standards.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals, to provide holistic care that addresses all aspects of clients’ well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is essential.

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist through the appropriate State Board.

• Experience working with a diverse range of clients, including both children and adults.

• Strong competency in timely and accurate completion of client assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits\n
