Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct assessments for clients experiencing major mental illnesses, develop and implement personalized care plans, and adjust services as needed, ensuring the highest standards of mental health care.

• Provide both individual and group therapy sessions in a virtual setting, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each client's specific needs.

• Establish and maintain therapeutic relationships with clients to foster trust and empowerment, engaging them in their own care processes.

• Utilize electronic health record systems to document client interactions, assessments, and progress in a compliant and timely manner, ensuring all data submission aligns with agency standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
