Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver direct clinical services to clients, both virtually and in the community, addressing their mental health challenges with individualized care plans tailored to their specific needs.

• Establish and maintain trustful relationships with clients and colleagues while working collaboratively toward shared goals.

• Conduct timely and appropriate assessments consisting of evidence-based screenings to determine clients' needs and preferences.
\n
• Implement integrated care plans, ensuring that clients receive coordinated access to additional services including healthcare, social support, and counseling.
\n
• Provide a variety of therapeutic interventions, including brief individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
\n
• Participate in crisis intervention efforts and offer timely responses to acute situations as they arise.
\n
• Ensure that all documentation, treatment plans, and reports are completed promptly and meet quality standards.
\n
• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending team meetings and contributing to quality improvement initiatives.

• Be available for on-call duties as assigned to provide support during and after regular program hours.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with a diverse clientele who may be experiencing significant mental health challenges, including but not limited to severe emotional disorders and major mental illnesses. Your approach must be culturally sensitive and adaptive to the unique needs of different populations, ensuring that all clients feel valued and supported.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.

• Must hold a valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential.

• Demonstrated expert knowledge in assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and crisis intervention.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to convey complex information clearly and effectively.

• Strong organizational and planning abilities to manage a caseload effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting is preferred. Experience with hospice or palliative care is an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation package for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
