Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients experiencing major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, including conducting assessments, therapy, and crisis intervention.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement individualized care plans tailored to each client's needs, ensuring coordination of care across various healthcare providers.

• Engage in brief, evidence-based screening and facilitate deeper assessments when necessary to accurately identify client needs.

• Encourage client empowerment and choice through focused prevention, treatment, and recovery services, monitoring their progress and adjusting care plans accordingly.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in alignment with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.

• Participate in team meetings and committees aimed at enhancing service delivery, actively contributing your insights and recommendations.

• Provide on-call coverage as assigned, ensuring continuous support for clients outside standard hours, enhancing the organization's commitment to client care.

Qualifications\n
