2nd Shift Loader Operator 3

Loader Operator 3
The Loader Operator 3's main objective is to keep the plant supplied with eggs by ensuring the loader robot is operating effectively and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Upon arrival in the morning, perform robot machine start up
- Call eggs to robots according to the daily plan
- Monitor equipment function and fix issues in a timely manner; escalate more complex issues if needed
- Monitor materials; ensure dirty material is directed to the wash robots
- Work closely with grader technician(s) on how many pallets they need before switching product type
- Communicate closely with liquid department team members regarding product type changes
- Keep work area clean, follow GMP, and wear appropriate PPE
- Other duties as assigned

- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Ability to take direction and follow detailed instructions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable and self-motivated
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to identify and provide feedback for process improvement
- Technologically and mechanically inclined to be able to troubleshoot robots & loaders
