Receptionist - Part time

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, answering phone calls, and performing clerical tasks. You will also maintain a welcoming reception area and ensure our residents and families feel valued and supported.
Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
• Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, faxing, and data entry
• Distribute packages and mail
• Maintain visitors' sign-in logs
• Assist with project coordination and administrative tasks as needed
• Ensure the reception area and lobby maintain a welcoming presentation and first impression
• Duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred but not required—we'll invest in the right heart and mindset
• Business professional dress attire
• Ability to work every Saturday and Sunday, as well as some holidays
