Pace is hiring a Logistics Coordinator in Trevose, PA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate shipping routes and deliveries.
• Drive company van to complete deliveries as needed
• Respond promptly to customer and delivery partner inquiries regarding shipments.
• Track and manage logistics operations using the TMS.
• Communicate any delivery delays or changes to all relevant parties.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and logistics activities.
• Assist with documentation, reporting, and compliance-related tasks.
• Ensure adherence to service agreements and operational best practices.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Logistics Manager

What Does It Take to Work for Pace?

• High School Diploma or equivalent is a must.
• One to four years of related experience is preferred.
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Strong attention to detail is a must.
• Ability to multi-task required.
• Must be a team player with excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Tasks may involve occasional stooping, kneeling, bending; and reaching overhead; as well as the ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, and pull objects/materials weighing up to 50 lbs. and occasionally greater than 50lbs.
• Tasks may involve extended periods of standing.
• Tasks may involve extended periods of time at a keyboard or workstation.
• Some tasks may require the ability to perceive and discern sounds and visual cues or signals.
• Ability to communicate orally.
• Able to work around moving machinery.
• Warehouse environment, exposure to dust, loud noise and outdoor temperatures.
