A Per Diem Inpatient Pharmacist position is available to provide critical medication management in a small hospital setting. This role focuses on verifying prescriptions and supervising pharmacy technicians to ensure accurate, safe, and effective patient care.
Location:
- Los Angeles, CA
- Saturday, 3/28, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- Sunday, 3/29, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- Accurately check and verify inpatient medication orders
- Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff to maintain smooth operations
- Utilize CPSI electronic medical records (EMR) system for documentation and verification
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
- Active California pharmacist license
- Recent hospital compliance within the last 12 months is acceptable
- Experience in inpatient pharmacy operations and technician supervision
- Familiarity with CPSI EMR is preferred
