Home Care Scheduling Coordinator

Addus Family Company is seeking a Home Care Service Coordinator to support our mission of helping seniors and vulnerable adults remain safely at home. In this role, you will manage daily schedules for caregivers, match staff to client needs, and quickly resolve coverage gaps. You’ll coordinate closely with clinical and operations teams, maintain accurate records in scheduling systems, and communicate with clients, families, and caregivers.
