naFunctions and Responsibilities:Identify and obtain the appropriate resources (budget, personnel, office space, supplies, tools etc.)Establish, monitor, and refine project organizational structures and locations to maximize effectiveness and productivityEngage business process owners to participate and take ownership for the success of the projectEnsure communication is occurring within the project team, management and other appropriate personnel.Ensure project scope and project issues are managed rigorously and communicated to the appropriate parties.Define a formal sign off process that ensures documented feedback and approval on system designs, issue resolution, system test plans and results, and transition plans.Review and approve teamwork documents.Review and approve selected Project Key Decision Documents.Relationship:Primary point of contact with all organizational areas relative to the project.Primary point of contact relating to the upgrade project transition issues and impacts to customer related activities.Primary point of contact for all project integration issues.Primary point of contact for all upgrade project full-time resources.naPosting Date:Department: -
