Project Coordinator - Hybrid

Purpose of the Role This contingent worker will provide hands-on project coordination and execution support for Talent Management initiatives. They will operate as a project coordinator + business support partner, helping ensure talent programs are delivered on time, documented, and well-coordinated across stakeholders. Description 3 days onsite and 2 days remote pay should align to conversion salary Basic Function This position is responsible for providing technical and operational support to departments, divisions or enterprise areas. Perform tasks include developing and managing projects; develop and facilitate training; writing system functionality; testing new development; and maintaining project plans, issue logs, and status reports. Also lead or participating in the project meetings and workgroups with multiple, simultaneous projects. Manage the relationship between ITG and internal/external client organization in business and technical environments. Essential Functions Develop and manage small to medium complex projects including project planning, issue logs, reports and documentation. Support and participate in large projects. Develop system functionality documentation and test new functionalities. Update and maintain departmental procedure manuals and various program specific manuals. Respond to technical questions from staff. Lead and/or participate in project meetings and workgroups. Schedule and coordinate meetings and workgroups. Gather critical and/or sensitive data and disseminate it appropriately based on the overall project need and sensitivity. Develop and manage relationships with ITG and internal/external client organizations within business and technical environments. Develops thorough understanding of client’s organizations and ITG division and technologies. Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with co-workers, management, customers, etc. Comply with HIPAA, Diversity Principles, Corporate Integrity, Compliance Program policies and other applicable corporate and departmental policies. Maintain complete confidentiality of company business. Maintain communication with management regarding development within areas of assigned responsibilities and perform special projects as required or requested. Job Requirements Bachelor and 2 years of business, training or project management experience OR 6 years of business, training, or project management experience. Experience in the development of training materials. Experience writing process requirements, testing and life cycle through implementation. Clear and concise interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. PC proficiency to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to work with all levels of the organization. Must-Have Skills Project Skills Ability to manage structured timelines and deliverables Experience with project tracking tools (Excel, Smartsheet, MS Project, etc.) Comfort juggling multiple priorities Talent / HR Exposure (Highly Important) Experience supporting HR, L&D, or Talent Management processes Familiarity with: Performance cycles, Talent calibration, Succession or workforce planning. Communication & Facilitation Strong written and verbal communication Confident facilitator for: Meetings, Stakeholder sessions, Training delivery. Technical & Analytical Ability Advanced Excel and PowerPoint Ability to interpret HR data and summarize insights Experience with HR systems (Workday) is a plus Preferred Job Requirements Bachelor Degree in Business, Health Care Administration or Marketing. Knowledge of managed care/insurance operations. Knowledge of sales and marketing databases and operations. Experience with technical training.
