Perform monthly and quarterly financial close tasks ensuring proper cut‑off for assets, liabilities, and expenses. Assist the supervisor with daily FP&A activities. Prepare detailed annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and analyze variances to identify trends and recommend actions. Work cross‑functionally to coordinate information requirements and accomplish tasks. Increase efficiency by developing automated applications and eliminating redundancies. Develop and present financial data to other members of the organization. Prioritize assignments and multi‑task within restricted time frames. Ensure consistent reporting and adherence to federal and state financial reporting regulations and company fiscal policies. Perform administrative functions for the SAP Business Planning and Consolidation system. Build and maintain desk procedures. Execute special projects and perform ad‑hoc analysis as assigned. Education Requirement Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Minimum 5 years in accounting or FP&A. Highly proficient digital literacy, SAP, and MS Office (especially Excel). Experience with SAP Business Planning and Consolidation is a plus. Understanding of US GAAP, cost accounting, and manufacturing finance is a plus. Ability to plan, implement, and administer financial information and control systems. Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills on complex topics. Excellent teamwork and social skills. Strong oral and written communication skills.
