Scheduling Coordinator We are a locally owned home care business with an exceptional culture. We are looking for talent who can work in a fast paced environment, have outstanding communication, organization, and decision-making skills, and are people persons. Responsibilities: Play an integral role in interfacing with caregiver staff to ensure proper caregiver and client match. Ensure that all referrals are received in an accurate, detailed manner and properly handled. Perform various supervisory activities for scheduling appropriate caregivers to clients; timecard processing and payroll responsibilities as needed; monitor the telephony system. Assist with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training and personnel management. Maintain a positive demeanor at all times and effectively multitask in a high-functioning office environment. Primarily work in the Kalamazoo office but may need to travel locally to support the business. Desired Candidate: High school graduate or equivalent with two years of business experience. Able to work independently, demonstrating sound judgment. Available for on-call duty outside of normal office hours. Ability to travel (paid) during office hours to support Right at Home offices in Kalamazoo and Grand Rapids. Compensation: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year.
