• Shift: Nights, 12-hour shifts
• Hours/week: 36-40 hours
• Employment Type: Per diem / Contract, with possibility of permanent placement
• Licenses/Certifications: Valid LPN/LVN license in PA
• Experience: New grads welcome, prior LTC experience preferred but not required

Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (plus night shift differential of $0.75)

What You'll Do:

• Administer medications, treatments, and monitor resident health in accordance with physicians' orders
• Document resident responses and update care plans regularly
• Assist with examinations, laboratory specimen collection, and post-mortem procedures as needed
• Supervise and direct Nursing Assistants to ensure quality resident care
• Maintain accurate records of resident belongings and inventory
• Ensure a clean, safe, and healthy environment aligned with safety standards
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members about resident status and care changes
• Support resident participation in scheduled activities
• Assist with resident transfers and notify families and department heads accordingly

What You Need:

• Valid LPN/LVN license in Pennsylvania
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
• Ability to pass employment physicals and maintain good physical health
• Compassionate attitude and passion for working with residents in long-term care
• Prior experience in LTC preferred but not required; new grads encouraged to apply
