Project Manager

Responsibilities Coordinate emergency response and reconstruction projects from initial assessment to final walkthrough Manage day-to-day operations at multiple job sites Schedule and supervise field teams, subcontractors, and vendors Ensure work meets company standards, building codes, and safety regulations Communicate regularly with clients, insurance adjusters, and internal teams Track project costs, materials, labor, and timeline progress Obtain necessary permits and inspections as needed Document all phases of the project with detailed reports and photos Address issues or delays promptly and professionally Requirements 3–5+ years of project management experience in construction, restoration, or emergency services Knowledge of insurance claims and Xactimate (preferred) Strong organizational and leadership skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Familiarity with structural repair, remodeling, renovations, demolitions Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Proficient with project management software, email, and Microsoft Office Suite #J-18808-Ljbffr Emergency Reconstruction, LLC
