Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a multi-year system modernization initiative involving legacy system replacement, process modernization, and development of a cloud-hosted application integrated with member and employer portals. The Business Analyst will support business process analysis, requirements gathering, testing, UAT, and collaboration between business and technical teams . Experience 5–7 years of Business Analyst experience Strong experience in business and process analysis Experience working with business stakeholders and technical/IT teams Key Responsibilities Business & Process Analysis Analyze business workflows, processes, pain points, and improvement opportunities. Define current-state and future-state processes. Create process maps, swimlane diagrams, and workflow charts . Collaborate with business units and technical teams to identify and document requirements. Requirements Gathering Gather and document business and functional requirements. Develop user stories and acceptance criteria . Create and manage Azure DevOps work items . Ensure requirements are complete, consistent, and testable. Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, and stakeholders. Testing & UAT Develop test plans, test scripts, and test cases . Perform functional testing. Document and track defects. Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) . Work closely with business stakeholders throughout the UAT process. Stakeholder Management Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams. Facilitate meetings and requirements-gathering sessions. Communicate project updates, risks, and issues. Support change management, training documentation, and user guidance.
