Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff.
- Coordinate care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment.
- Monitor patient status, administer medications per policy, document care, and respond to changes in condition.
- Collaborate with physicians and the care team to support safe patient transitions, discharge planning, and ongoing care needs.

Requirements
- Active RN license suitable for practice in the state where the assignment is located
- Ability to work in a fast-paced ER setting and manage fluctuating patient volume
- Availability for night shifts on a 12-hour schedule
- Eligibility for travel assignments and compliance with agency policies
