Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at White Plains Healthcare Center, you will work closely with our clients, primarily young adults aged 18 to 30, within our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). Your responsibilities will include:

• Group Therapy: Facilitate engaging group sessions that encourage clients to share experiences, foster peer connections, and learn coping strategies through interaction.

• Individual Therapy: Provide personalized counseling sessions where you will explore clients’ thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Support them in developing actionable coping strategies during these critical conversations.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to craft personalized treatment plans that align with their unique needs and aspirations, setting realistic goals for their mental health journey.

• Progress Monitoring: Utilize a variety of assessment tools to track and evaluate the progress and outcomes of clients, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on their feedback and assessments.

Qualifications\n
