Commercial Lines Account Manager

Nicholson Associates, Inc. is a family-owned and operated insurance agency serving New Haven County and Southern Connecticut for over 60 years. Founded in 1958, the agency has grown to include second and third generation family members who continue its tradition of personalized service. Role Description Respond to commercial client queries for both phone and email requests to ensure client satisfaction Process certificates, and claim inquiries. Issue and prepare auto ID cards. Adapt to the team’s needs and assist with other projects as needed. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred. Property & Casualty Insurance License preferred but willing to license the right individual Highly motivated with strong organizational skills Proficiency in the English language is required. Willingness to collaborate and work within a team environment. Ability to multi-task and perform duties within the determined time frame. #J-18808-Ljbffr Nicholson Associates, Inc.
