Family Law Attorney Position Available

Fair Cadora, APC is seeking family law attorneys to join our growing practice in San Diego. These are onsite or hybrid full-time roles with a 4-day, 32-hour work week with full pay.

Compensation: Expected total compensation, including quarterly bonuses: $130,000 – $200,000+ per year. Base Salary: $120,000 – $150,000 per year, dependent on experience. Quarterly bonuses: No cap, tied to clear and transparent metrics.

What You'll Do: You will carry an active family law caseload and be expected to move matters forward with skill and diligence. Day-to-day, this includes:

• Conduct consultations with potential clients
• Managing cases in alignment with client objectives and driving timely resolution
• Communicating with opposing counsel, clients, and the court via phone, email, and correspondence
• Making court appearances and conducting depositions
• Drafting declarations, motions, discovery, judgments, and trial briefs
• Conducting legal research and writing memoranda of points and authorities
• Maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with clients throughout their matter
• Providing litigation support for other attorneys when needed

Who We're Looking For: You are licensed by and in good standing with the State Bar of California and work well as part of a small, collaborative team of attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.
