IT Procurement Assistant - Dallas / Fort Worth, Texas

Office Location: Dallas / Fort Worth, Texas Work Arrangement: In-Person Experience Level: Experience in an IT Support Organization a big plus Summar y We are a Tech firm servicing businesses in the DFW area for over 35 years and we are looking for a IT Procurement Assistant /Customer Service Representative that has experience with purchasing and receiving for IT related products. If you have the necessary skills, a good work ethic, great communications skills, and attention to detail then you are the candidate that we want. This is an in-office full-time position in the Dallas / Fort Worth area of Texas, USA that offers a competitive salary with a comprehensive benefits package. Experience Preferred: · Product Quoting Process · Order Processing (PO/SO - Dropship) · Receiving paperwork processing · Knowledge of Microsoft Licensing · Software example: Microsoft licensing, M365/O365 licenses, Dynamics GP · Experience with Hardware & Software Procurement · Hardware example: servers, UPS’, desktops, laptops and firewalls · Background with TD Synnex, Ingram Micro, CDW, Microsoft, etc. · Strong Customer Service Skills Required · 2- 3 Years Experience in Purchasing and Customer Service · Experience in an IT Support Organization a big plus Light office management · Various administrative duties, including vendor/client on boarding and communications. · Manage office supplies, including procurement and organization of in the various storage areas. Specific Knowledge/Skills/Experience Requirements · Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and data entry. · Attention to detail and strong communication skills. Why Work With Us?
