This is a hands‑on role working across complex commercial transactions, leasing, and affordable housing matters — ideal for a detail‑oriented professional who thrives in a high‑volume, deadline‑driven environment. Responsibilities Draft and review documents for attorney finalization across commercial real estate transactions Conduct record searches, UCC searches, and order title searches Review title commitments and surveys Manage e‑filings, recordings, and critical date schedules Support purchase and sale of commercial properties Assist with leasing and affordable housing matters Manage high-volume workload independently and collaboratively Qualifications Proven experience as a real estate paralegal, preferably in commercial transactions Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Professional demeanor with confidence interacting with clients and attorneys Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Demonstrated job stability and commitment to high-quality work Florida Registered Paralegal (FRP) designation preferred Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
