Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Director of Pharmacy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Oversee pharmacy operations in a critical leadership role managing both pharmacists and technicians to ensure safe, compliant medication delivery in an infusion setting. This direct hire opportunity is located in Lizella, GA, with a standard Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily pharmacy operations with a focus on infusion services
- Supervise pharmacy staff, fostering teamwork and accountability
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations
- Maintain a high standard of safe medication care for patients
- Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals and team members
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active Georgia pharmacist license in good standing
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an infusion pharmacy setting
- Prior management experience in an infusion environment is highly preferred
- Strong leadership skills with ability to build cooperative working relationships
