Use proven sales methodologies to uncover customer needs, generate new business, retain clients, and grow ACG’s insurance portfolio. Overcome objections, negotiate, and close sales while maintaining long‑term client relationships. Meet and exceed individual sales targets and incentive plan expectations. Conduct comprehensive insurance reviews, assess risk, identify coverage gaps, and recommend solutions; quote, bind, and issue policies per underwriting guidelines and regulations. Engage in local branch and community events to prospect and develop opportunities. Build and maintain strong rapport with members to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Respond to customer inquiries across insurance, membership, and financial products with professionalism and urgency. Identify cross‑sell and referral opportunities into Travel and Financial Services lines of business.
