A Nocturnist role requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours. Local Team Collaboration: We take pride in our well-established team of 14 clinicians: nine physicians and five APPs at McKenzie-Willamette Medical Center. Collaboration is the cornerstone of our practice. We value your voice and encourage active participation within our team and with other hospital departments. Qualifications: Board-certified/eligible in family or internal medicine. Scheduling: We offer flexibility in scheduling and guaranteed shift obligations. Currently hiring a nocturnist position. Key Responsibilities: We have a semi-open ICU with on-site intensivists during the day and Sound Tele-Critical Care support at night. We serve an underserved population, and we actively collaborate within our hospital and with other local healthcare facilities to better serve our community.
