HR Generalist: Compliance, Onboarding & Culture

Kent Services is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support various HR functions and foster a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will manage multiple tasks with professionalism and provide clerical support to the HR department. The role requires a Bachelor’s in HR or related field, with at least 2 years of HR experience, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of basic labor laws and OSHA standards.
