SUMMARY

We are actively looking for a hungry, humble and smart BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER to join our Dynamiq team! The ideal candidate has experience using a proven sales process and has demonstrated increasing levels of sales success working directly with business owners and decision makers. Are you that person?

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Understand prospecting, make effective sales presentations, answer questions, and objections. Understand Building Performance and how it affects clients to customize a solution. Teach customers new insights for their building performance and challenge customer thinking. Conduct onsite building assessments. Assist with developing a business case to be used in the sales process. Live out the Dynamiq core values daily (Treat people well, do the right thing, and run a great business).

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS

4 Year College degree preferred. 3 – 10 years of field experience in B2B Sales, selling to the C-suite, and prospecting. Disciplined competitive, determined, relationship builder, confident, problem solver, and an active learner. A measurable track record of sales achievement. Demonstrate a proven sales process. Must be able to effectively utilize the latest technology and tools for managing the Sales process including company specific CRM, pricing, proposal, and project planning requirements.

WORK LIFE

We have a really good work life balance! You will travel locally using your own vehicle. Along with limited out of town travel for sales meetings, training opportunities and conferences. Don’t worry we are paying for your gas for your traveling. You will work safely when outside of the normal office setting, and adheres to the safety measures of client sites, including using personal protective equipment, if required.
