Business Operations Coordinator #26-09176 Share on Job Description Aptask Global Workforce (AGW) is seeking a Business Operations Coordinator for an Onsite position with a Major Pharmaceutical Company located in Ridgefield, CT. This is a 24+ month contract opportunity. This role supports business operations, documentation management, and compliance activities within the Clinical Pharmacology and Safety Sciences (CPS) Central Function Office. The coordinator works closely with internal colleagues and external third-party suppliers to support operational processes, maintain documentation, and help ensure the timely and accurate delivery of administrative activities. Responsibilities: Monitor and respond to inquiries received primarily through email, ensuring timely and professional communication Perform a variety of administrative activities in support of business operations, documentation management, and compliance activities Maintain departmental tracking spreadsheets, inventories, databases, and systems, including data entry, query, review, editing, and updates Execute document processing activities, including document creation, formatting, routing, and archiving Use various computer systems and tools to support established processes and workflows Follow applicable regulations, internal policies and procedures Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to support operational efficiency and timely completion of deliverables Requirements: High school diploma required Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and SharePoint Strong administrative, organizational, and multi-tasking skills; demonstrates accuracy and attention to detail Ability to prioritize work and manage deliverables and track timelines Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills Collaborative, proactive and agile approach to supporting delivery of results Ability to work effectively as part of a team while supporting multiple stakeholder groups Desired skills: Business school certification or college degree preferred Experience working within and maintaining databases is preferred Pay range: up to $28.57 per hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Aptask Global Workforce (AGW) employees will be considered for this position.
