Remote Sales & Customer Experience Specialist (Evenings)
Hong Kong Study Skills Research Institute
Teleperformance USA is seeking a Sales Customer Experience Specialist for evening and overnight shifts. In this remote position, you will provide customer support through various channels, resolving inquiries and managing customer relationships.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a high school diploma or GED, and be proficient in PC operations. The role also requires the ability to work independently and as part of a virtual team. Full benefits including paid training and time off are offered.
