Goldman Merchant Services can give you names. Our Senior Account Executives, our senior setters, and our sales managers came out of this exact seat. Setting appointments is how you learn the product, the objections, and the business owner on the other end of the phone. Everything after that is easier.
Where you start:
Supporting our Senior Account Executives nationwide. We give you a researched lead list every morning. You call, navigate the gatekeeper, reach the decision maker, qualify them, and book the appointment. The AE runs it and closes it.
What you get while you are learning:
- Leads, dialer, CRM, and full tech stack provided
- Two-day structured onboarding, complete script suite, gatekeeper reference guide, voicemail sequences, and an objection rebuttal playbook
- Direct mentorship from managers who have done this job and moved up out of it
- Hourly base plus commission and bonuses. Top performers earn $35–$40 per hour all-in
- Medical, dental, and vision available
What you need:
2 years of B2B appointment setting or outbound calling is preferred. What is required is that you are money motivated, competitive, and willing to be coached hard for your first thirty days. Financial services experience is not necessary. We teach that part.
What we are honest about: this is a phone job. It is high volume and you will get hung up on. The people who move up here are the ones who dial through it.
In-office, Monday–Friday, no weekends.
