Key Responsibilities Supervise, motivate, and direct shop floor team members to hit daily targets in safety, quality, and output. Eliminate bottlenecks, reduce defect rates, and promote continuous process improvement. Partner with Quality Assurance to ensure all custom components strictly match customer blueprints. Train and mentor Floor Leads and Set-Up Technicians on machine operations and safety protocols. Manage daily workflow, inventory levels, and production schedules to guarantee on-time delivery. What We’re Looking For 5+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing, machining, or metal fabrication environment. ability to read blueprints and interpret technical documents. Proficiency with manufacturing/ERP, inventory, and spreadsheet software. Excellent communication skills and a track record of building positive team culture.
