Your Responsibilities

• Coordinate appointments between candidates and our recruiters for comprehensive assessments
• Maintain communication with leads to foster interest and support throughout their hiring journey
• Ensure accurate and current records in our applicant tracking system
• Earn commissions based on meetings you arrange, interviews that follow, and successful hires stemming from your leads.

Compensation Structure
