Your Responsibilities

• Initiate contact with potential candidates to present MLR opportunities and assess their interest
• Coordinate meetings between candidates and our recruiters for comprehensive evaluations
• Nurture leads through follow-up to sustain interest and support their recruiting journey
• Maintain precise and current information in our applicant tracking system
• Earn commissions for setting meetings, conducting interviews, and facilitating hires from your referrals
