CoWorx is seeking Full Time 2nd Shift Machine Operators in the Plainfield, IN area! Pay: $24$28 per Hour BOE Join Our Client's Manufacturing Team! We're seeking an experienced Machine Operator II to operate, set up, and maintain bottling and packaging equipment in a fast-paced production environment. Responsibilities:

• Independently operate bottling and packaging equipment, including fillers, cappers, and labelers
• Perform machine setups and product changeovers
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and make minor mechanical adjustments
• Monitor production performance, including speed, uptime, and reject rates
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet standards
• Support and mentor Machine Operator I team members
• Coordinate with line operators to maintain production flow
• Assist with preventive maintenance activities as needed
• Accurately complete production records and documentation

Desired Background/Skills:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Technical training or manufacturing certifications are a plus
• 35 years of machine operation or manufacturing experience
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with equipment setups and changeovers
• Knowledge of manufacturing safety practices
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
