We are seeking a dependable and motivated Blender Operator to join our team on 2nd Shift in Mooresville, IN . This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to grow their manufacturing career in a fast-paced production environment.

Position Details

Position: Blender Operator
Location: Mooresville, IN
Shift: 2nd Shift
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities

Operate blending equipment to mix raw materials according to production specifications
Measure and weigh materials accurately
Monitor blending processes to ensure product quality and consistency
Load and unload materials as needed
Complete production documentation and maintain accurate records
Perform routine equipment inspections and report any issues
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all company safety and quality standards

Qualifications

Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
Ability to follow detailed work instructions and production formulas
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

1 year of experience, Associate Degree or Comparable work experience, Large scale blending, mixing and batching, Bilingual is a plus
