Developing tactical and strategic plans, ensuring disciplined execution, and monitoring progress toward long-term mission and customer goals. Fostering open communication and a strong questioning attitude culture where employees and subcontractors feel empowered to raise issues, highlight system vulnerabilities, and report errors. Overseeing nuclear design execution to ensure facilities are designed, constructed, and modified safely, compliantly, cost‑effectively, and in accordance with mission needs. Managing project, field, systems, and subject‑matter expert engineering resources to support delivery of ALDPI projects. Ensuring consistent, effective, and maturing implementation of Conduct of Engineering (CoE) and Configuration Management within the ALDPI portfolio in LANL's Plutonium Facility. Supporting the Division Leader in establishing and controlling technical baselines, ensuring effective nuclear safety basis implementation, and evaluating overall engineering and operational performance. If you are motivated to lead in a mission‑driven environment where both execution and technical excellence matter, we invite you to join our team. Strong administrative and operational leadership skills, including experience in budgeting, resource planning, staffing, performance management, and organizational development. Demonstrated ability to make and implement cross‑cutting, institutionally aligned decisions, resolve cross‑organizational conflicts, and coordinate execution across diverse technical teams. Expert‑level knowledge of enterprise operational systems, including procurement, project development, construction and quality assurance. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a record of building effective relationships, negotiating agreements, and representing organizational work to internal and external partners. Demonstrated commitment to fostering an inclusive, respectful workplace and promoting open communication, accountability, and continuous improvement.
