ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency on 1/1/2026 and we’ve already built a strong team of five who are excited about growing together. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a State Farm team member and also gained experience in retirement services and leadership — which shaped my passion for helping people plan ahead, protect what matters, and feel confident about their future.

I have a degree in Education and I’m also a proud parent of eight, so supporting families and building a positive, encouraging environment comes naturally. Giving back is important to our agency as well, and we love staying connected to the community by supporting local schools.

As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Tonya Springer - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
