Material Handler
First Shift Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Candidate must be flexible and willing to do overtime during the end-of-the month activities)

Position Overview:
This position will be responsible for quickly and accurately moving production materials and parts into and out of warehouse shelves, storage bins and production locations. Receive and put away inbound deliveries. Pick and issue parts for production jobs. Make inventory and other transactions in company systems and database with accuracy and timeliness. Ensure the warehouse is a safe, clean and efficient production work environment.


Basic (Required) Qualifications:
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
• Relocation assistance is not available for this position. Only candidates in the immediate geographic area (50-mile radius) will be considered.
• Experience in a manufacturing setting
• Stand-up fork truck experience
• Basic shop math
• Basic computer understanding


Position Criteria:
• Ability to read and interpret standard operating procedures, work orders, and bills of material
• Ability to read, comprehend, and follow customer specific product requirements
• Ability to use good judgment and problem-solving skills to make informed decisions.
• Knowledge of basic shop math, assembly, and configuration
• Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to use a crane once fully trained to lift items
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time. Repetitive lifting, bending, and squatting is inherent to this position
• Ability to wear required PPE for the role including but not limited to safety glasses, hearing protection, safety shoes, and protective arm and hand coverings.
• Must be able to work specific shift hours and have flexibly to work overtime based on customer demand
